Fault Codes – Toshiba RAS “N” Series


Fault Codes – RAS “N” Series
Do Not turn off the power supply before reading the fault codes, doing so will clear the diagnostic memory. Caution
must be taken when removing the access covers as high voltages are present.
Fault codes are displayed through the LEDs flashing at 5 times per second. Note, the green LED will flash once per second when the system is initially powered.
More specific codes may be obtained, while in the fault mode through the wireless controller
1. Press CHK to enter service mode
2. Navigate through TIMER ƒ buttons until all LEDs flash, accompanied by the internal buzzer – compare the displayed code with the table below
3. Press CLR button to clear the existing fault code (controller displays 7F)
Press ON/OFF button to exit service mode.

Description = TA sensor open or short circuit

Description = TC sensor open or short circuit

Description = Indoor fan motor problem

Description = Indoor to outdoor communication (includes compressor thermostat)

Description = Inverter low voltage or short circuit protection

Description = Compressor position circuit

Description = TE or TS sensor open or short circuit

Description = Compressor current remains too high – after current release

Thanks .. I have error codes 02, 13 & 1A... does anyone know what is the #13 is for please?
